Anneke du Buisson
Physiotherapist
Anneke hails from the small town of Meyerton, where she spent her formative years. Her academic journey led her to the University of Pretoria, where she diligently earned her degree. With a solid educational foundation, Anneke ventured into the realm of healthcare, gaining valuable experience across various hospitals.
Throughout her professional career, Anneke specialized in treating diverse medical conditions, including paediatrics, orthopaedics, cancer, and cardiothoracic cases. Her expertise extended to owning and managing a successful practice for a decade, where she encountered a wide spectrum of health conditions. Affiliated with several sports clubs and high school sports rehabilitation programs, Anneke actively contributed to the well-being of athletes.
Anneke's commitment to continuous learning is evident in her completion of numerous postgraduate courses. These courses covered a range of topics, including dry needling, taping, orthopaedic manual therapy, stroke rehabilitation, and functional capacity evaluation. This dedication to expanding her knowledge underscores Anneke's passion for providing top-notch care to her patients.
Beyond her professional life, Anneke is a devoted wife and mother to three boys. While juggling the responsibilities of being a physiotherapist and a mother, she finds joy in staying active and spending quality time outdoors. Anneke also indulges in creative pursuits like painting and baking during her leisure moments, showcasing the multifaceted nature of her interests.

Adelle Strydom
Physiotherapist
Adelle Strydom, a dedicated physiotherapist and loving mother, hails from the picturesque town of Jubertina, where her roots run deep and her sense of community flourished.
Adelle set her sights on Stellenbosch University, where she pursued her dream of becoming a physiotherapist. Embarking on her professional career, Adelle gained invaluable experience in diverse hospital settings such as Tygerberg Hospital, One Military, and Frere Hospital. Following this enriching phase, she took the helm of her own practice in East London for 11 years, followed by an 15-year tenure in Malelane.
The next chapter of Adelle's journey unfolded in George, where she assumed ownership and management of a practice within the Spescare Rehabilitation Hospital. Alongside her clinical work, she dedicated herself to continuous learning, completing various postgraduate courses in Dry Needling, Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, Strapping, Palliative Care, and Functional Capacity Evaluation.
Beyond her professional commitments, Adelle finds joy in her roles as a wife and mother of two. Outside the realm of physiotherapy, she indulges in her passion for painting, enjoys singing, and relishes spending time in the great outdoors.
